About CodexForge
CodexForge is a small, open-source web app that generates configuration files for AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codeium, Cody, and others). You pick your project template and rules, select the agents you use, and download ready-to-drop config files for your chosen agents.
The project is free to use and licensed under the Apache License 2.0. You can run it locally, deploy your own instance, or use the public site at codexforge.app.
Contributing
Contributions are welcome. See CONTRIBUTING.md in the repository for how to add templates, rules, or providers. The AGENTS.md file is the guide for AI assistants working on the repo.
